Even after a long day of hiking, we drove to Interlaken to eat and drink at The Barrel three times while we were staying in Stechelberg. We travel a lot and we’re from Colorado where craft beer and pubs are plentiful, and we can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the beer, the food, and the service at The Barrel. This is one of our favorite little haunts on earth!
